The Eco Campuses offers comprehensive collaboration on plant-based food by leveraging manufacturing brands with expertise on how to utilize various versatile, tasteful, nutritious, and sustainable products to engage all students and faculty on campuses.

 

Our objective is to help the university and college chef teams reach the next level of sustainability. Eco Campuses Food Brokerage by partnering with leading plant-based manufacturing companies in the areas of seafood, meat alternatives, pasta, cheeses, and ready-to-eat high protein low-calorie foods.
